We use the national postal service for deliveries as well as courier services. Where we use a courier service, a signature will be required for proof of delivery (“signed for”).
We will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receipt of your completed order, funds need to be cleared in our bank account before we process your order.
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
TBC shipping: Once you have completed your basket please continue with your delivery quote so we can calculate the delivery charge to your delivery address. Stock will be held while we calculate the Shipping charges and then for a further 48 hours awaiting payment. You will be able to make payment online once the Shipping charge has been added .We will issues a invoice to pay including shipping charges and taxes (if applicable) with payment options including PayPal , Direct bank transfer.
International Shipping
Our prices do not include government/external taxes nor tariffs. You may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. In order to continue to keep our prices as nominal as possible, if your package is returned to us because of address error, or because you refuse the package, you will be responsible for our shipping cost for the return and reshipment of the package. If the return package cost exceeds the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the shipping company to abandon the package, but you will remain responsible for payment.
It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if the country of intended delivery permits receipt of shipment of our products. If any Customs or other governmental authority stops the package because items ordered are not allowed in the country of intended delivery, we will abandon the package and you will remain responsible for payment. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record for all shipments from us, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination and all laws and regulations the Australia imposed on exports to that country.
Any fees, fines, or other costs charged to us due to non-compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination will be charged to you, the importer. If an item is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with the country of destination’s laws and regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise less any charges we incurred in connection with the shipment, such as quarantine fees, exam fees, demurrage charges, or warehousing fees assessed in the destination country or in the Australia upon return of the goods, and less the shipping costs and a 40% of job handling costs to return the package to us.
Please note that Australian laws and regulations may restrict or prohibit your return of certain products to Australia, in which case a refund will not be issued.
Note You are responsible for importation of your order. We cannot be held responsible for returned, damaged or destroyed packages by customs. Please make sure you know your regulations for importation into your country or region. There may be additional delays of your shipment due to customs. Packages returned by customs may incur a restocking fee. There may also be additional duties, fees or taxes imposed by customs.

Discrepancies or Damaged Goods
Our team takes every care in packing your products, but if something arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please let us know right away as follows:
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Claims made after 3 days cannot be accepted.
Once acknowledged, your products will need to be sent back to us within 15 days
You are responsible for importation of your order. We cannot be held responsible for returned, damaged or destroyed packages by customs ( for international orders)
Cancellations or Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or simply changed your mind and want to cancel, we can offer you a full refund.
Tell us your order number and the items you’d like to return.
We’ll issue you a Return Authority Number – please wait for this before sending anything back.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return postage is at the customers expense.
No refund can be issued for returns made after the 15-days window.
Undelivered Orders
Sometimes, an order cannot be delivered and comes back to us due to one of the following reasons:
Unclaimed: If your parcel was left at a post office and remains unclaimed within their standard time for collection (usually about 10 business days).
An incorrect address: If the address is incorrect or unclear.
When this happens, we can re-ship your order for you (fees apply as follows):
Re-shipping fees are equal to your original delivery cost. Or, if your order originally shipped for free, we’ll calculate the re-shipping fees based on your order’s weight, size, and classification at that time.
Or, if you’d rather not have the order re-shipped, we can issue a store credit minus:
A $50.00 return/restocking admin fee for unclaimed orders, or
A $50.00 return fee for orders returned without response after 14 days of us trying to contact you.
Please note there are no refunds given against undelivered orders. Refunds
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted. For items over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
